in your "safe" "secure" home, do this...

1.    place a hard chair in a darkened room, preferably at night or in the early hours... if you are able to burn some incense (frankincense is best) then do so...

2.    sit in the chair, feet flat on the floor, hands in your lap...

3.    close your eyes... allow yourself to begin to relax

4.    feel each part of your body relax as you breathe slowly and deeply in and out... but don't fall asleep here... what you're doing is delicate and sleep is a conduit for much that is... dangerous...

5.    Allow thoughts to drift away... empty your mind... with practice you will be able to do this...

6.    feel your conciousness expand and focus it on an area just an inch or two above the crown of your head... and hold your empty concentration there for as long as you can... but don't force it... the more you practice the easier this becomes and the longer you will be able to hold your focus...  you should make this little ritual a part of your life... perform it every day if you can... you'll soon find that it is an exercise that you can slip into anywhere... on a bus or a train... sitting in some boring lecture... lying in bed just before you go to sleep - if you're strong enough to resist drifting into the realm of nod...

And why should you do this?... ah well, that would be telling, but perform it dilligently and with due regularity and eventualy something will be revealed to you.. a doorway will be opened... it may take just a few days... for many it can take months... for those who resist it can take years... but it DOES come to all who persist...  and even then there are those who misinterpret and abuse what is revealed... and the mental institutions of the world... ah, but we say too much... just performing these exercises, making the comitment, will strengthen your psyche for what you have to face...

Think this is rubbish?  Ha ha ha ha... it's already too late for you... you have passed through to the forever beyond... whether you believe or not, these exercises are your only hope of redemption and salvation... and even then there are no guarentees...  you were warned not to come here, remember?.. but it's too late now...
